It's Your Choice.

Parkway Choice Programs offer students the opportunity to pursue a personal direction by providing access to high quality educational experiences outside of the walls of a traditional school and/or traditional calendar.

Virtual Learning

Adding a virtual course allows me to take what I enjoy and also take what I need. The online class also helps me get ahead for next year.

Sohana Pai

Parkway Virtual offers students in grades 9-12 with a flexible, online choice to extend and enrich learning as well as complete a portion of their coursework and earn credit toward graduation. All courses will:

  • Meet the goals of the Parkway Mission, Vision, and Learning Principles
  • Address state and federal standards
  • Be delivered primarily over the Internet
  • Provide opportunities for student collaboration, group work and personalized instruction through virtual interaction with teachers and peers.

Fern Ridge

To me, Fern has made it possible for me to earn the credits I didn't have at my old school. I may even be able to graduate early.

Lucy Tobey

Fern Ridge serves students from across the Parkway School District, providing a nontraditional learning environment compared to our four comprehensive high schools. At Fern, we focus on the student as a "whole" person by placing equal importance on meeting the needs of each student's educational, social, and emotional needs.

Tech

I chose South County Tech because of the clinical shadowing experience, practical skills taught throughout the class, and access to updated/state-of-the-art equipment.

Mahad Baig

Our 25, tuition-free, CTE majors allow students to explore their career interests while earning industry certifications, college and high school credit, and skills that will last a lifetime.
